Me as an MC

by Daniel Batten on April 20, 2010

I recently was MC for Sri Sri Ravishankar at Trusts Stadium where 4000 gathered to hear ancient wisdom and to meditate.

If you saw me as MC – I’d love to know your honest reflections on how I came across.

I thought that “putting it out there” to you all would be a more authentic way to collect a true sample of “how I occurred” to you.

Seems better to me than collecting a few hand crafted ones – which is the way marketing was done before Web 2.0. I like the additional “vulnerability” component this way of doing it gives.

Welcome your input.

Daniel is a confident, and captivating speaker that can draw the audience in. As an MC, he knows how to be the perfect complement to the presentation. Having seen him speak on multiple occasions, I always enjoy his talks and look forward to more.

I did not see you but have heard now multiple rave reviews about you as MC. Even if I was there witnessing you first hand, my perception (even if great) would now be even greater as those that are endorsing your participation in the event I trust a great deal. Sometimes this degree of separation paints the truest most authentic picture. With a speaker of Sri Sri Ravishankar calibre – filling a stadium – you must have been amazing for others to notice and let me know! Well done. When is the next Art of Living?

You were just too good as an MC at the talk. You were clear, loud, confident and perfectly as you should have been..

Many thanks for organizing such an awesome event. Look forward to seeing your events more often..

Daniel is a very engaging speaker, with the ability to get his audience hooked from the word go. His confident manner, smooth delivery interjected only by his sharp sense of humour and skill to articulate even the most vexing topics in a simple way, makes his presentations enjoyable. If you are looking to engage a keynote speaker for a team building workshop, at an annual event of your organisation or to kick off a training session – look no further. Daniel is your man!
