Like most companies, if you were offered the opportunity to have a higher level of employee engagement, you wouldn’t say “no”. Like most companies you’ve probably realised it’s a source of lost productivity, profit and people. You may have even started an employee engagement program such as the Q12, aimed at identifying the root-causes of disengagement. You may even have already taken steps to get your organisation’s engagement levels to “above average”. Either way, this programme has been designed to powerfully augment and extend what you have already done. That’s because it focusses on the missing link that other engagement programmes do not cover.

Engagement is something we’ve been obsessive about since about 2000 when we first started working with the Q12 (a bit of industry jargon, sorry – so here’s a link that explains it).

Our approach is based on the research-finding that exceptional engagement is impossible without people who don’t know how to engage. Sounds simple. Then why is it that most training programmes leave this step out entirely? We focus on a proactive – rather than reactive approach – of making people in your organisation capable of being highly engaging – sometimes even inspiring. When this happens, what we have found is that you get increases in engagement levels which are expponential. We don’t analyse the current situation and how you got there. That would take a lot of your money, and it wouldn’t give you any meaningful result. You might feel like you now had a basis for change – but this view would be mistaken: excellence cannot be derived through the analysis of non-excellence.
